The functioning of muscles, tendons and ligaments depends largely on their agility. Its decline influences largely the body’s static. In order to maintain or restitute natural agility, a definite action radius should be kept. It is nowadays recognised by medical science that every emotion, both positive and negative, is registered and memorised in the body. It takes time and constant repetition to erase faulty functions which induce pain. It may take 6 months, or even upto 3 years to completely correct functions of the body.
Stretching relaxes your muscles and frequently helps in this way to resolve the causes of functional disturbances. For this reason I have specialised on in-depth stretching. This is not dangerous for the body. I avoid every risk. Signals from your body are clear to me and prescribe both duration and way. During this stretching, existing pains may take you to the limits of what you can bear. Take for instance chronic pains which by movement revert to an acute situation, it is only then that the functional disorder can be rectified. Sometimes during these exercises, uncomfortable feelings like tingling or an anthill inside, occasionally even lameness sensations may occur. These will disappear very quickly, or within a few hours. These symptoms are produced because connective tissues musculature or vessels were not fully activated for a long time. After every in-depth stretching you will experience a relaxing feeling.
